We’re Dylan and Holly - the duo behind Shaken Spirits NI.

Dylan is your classic North Belfast lad with over 6 years’ experience working in hospitality, All his time at the 5-star Merchant Hotel. The one with the ideas, always pushing things forward, and the risk-taker who kickstarted this whole venture. He knows his way around a cocktail shaker, keeps the craic flowing from behind the bar, and makes sure every drink looks (and tastes) spot on.

Holly, also from North Belfast, balances things out perfectly. By day she’s a classroom assistant, but by night she’s the one making sure every glass sparkles, every moment is captured, and every penny adds up. She’s got just as much passion for drinking cocktails as she does for helping serve them up.

Together, we bring the perfect mix of professionalism and personality to every event. Whether it’s a wedding, party, or private gathering, we make sure your night is full of flavour, fun, and a little bit of Shaken Spirits magic.
